Northern Pochard increased to 72 birds today but there was no sign of the drake Ferruginous Duck present recently (last seen on Saturday 11th)
A Common Chiffchaff remained, with 24 Redwing over and 2 adult Great Black-backed Gulls in with 150 Lesser Black-backed Gulls.
Eleven RED KITES were gathered over the adjacent landfill site

Nine European Golden Plovers flew south

The Fudge Duck was still present on Sunday 12 October until about 10.15am at least.
